Eves24 POLICY FOR RETURN
1. For Ready Stock Product/s Other Than Customised Product/s:
1.1 In case the Customer is not satisfied with the Product/s, the Customer can Return the same within 7 Days from the date of delivery thereof.
1.2 The 100% Retail Sale Price shall be refunded.
2. For Customized Product/s:
2.1 In case the Customer is not satisfied with the customized Product/s, the Customer can Return the same within 7 Days from the date of delivery thereof.
2.2 In case of Customized Products, Company may refund Retail Sale Price paid by the Customer / Member, after deducting making charges.
3. Other General Conditions For Return:
3.1 A Customer should place a request for Return by calling the Customer Support Desk of the Company.
3.2 All requests for Return of Product/s should be placed within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No Return request after seven (7) days from delivery will be entertained or processed.
3.3 Upon request being received from the Customer for Return a tentative date, time and location for Pick-up of the Product’s for the purpose of Return shall be intimated to the Customer by the Customer Support Desk of the Company.
3.4 The Product should be unused and in original condition with security tag intact.
3.5 If any Product is damaged, altered or resized, it will not be considered for Return.
3.6 Customized order with engraving, special size etc. will not be considered for Return.
3.7 Original invoice copy, Jewellery certificate should be produced at the time of Return.
3.8 Product for Return has to be packed and kept ready for pick up as per the instructions provided by the Company.
3.9 If the Product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then the Company shall only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
3.10 In case of Refunds, the refund amount shall be returned by the Company to the Customer through the same payment channel/gateway through which it was received within 15 days of receipt of Product along with Certificate and Invoice and subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.
