Eves24 POLICY FOR EXCHANGE

1. The Company offers lifetime Exchange policy for Product/s Purchased from the Company and/or through the Company from its Supplier.

2. The Exchange value of a Product shall be 100% of the prevailing price of the metals and stones and shall be subject to deduction of making charges.

3. Only that Product/s would be accepted for Exchange in respect of which the Original invoice copy, Jewellery certificate if any, is produced at the time of handing over of the Product to the Company for Exchange. In event the certificate is lost or not available then re-certification will be required, cost for which shall be borne by the Customer.

4. The Customer should select the Product/s desired in Exchange. The Value of the selected new Product should be higher than the exchange value.

5. A Customer should place a request for Exchange by calling the Customer Support Desk of the Company.

6. Upon request being received from the Customer for Exchange, a tentative date, time and location for Pick up of the Product for the purpose of Exchange shall be intimated to the Customer by the Customer Support Desk of the Company including availability of the Product/s requested in Exchange.

7. The difference in Retail Sale Price if any including Value Added Tax payable thereon shall be paid by the Customer before delivery of the Product/s requested in Exchange.

8. All jewellery pieces will be checked for actual weight and carat before Exchange.

9. If any Product is damaged, altered or resized, it will not be considered for Exchange or Exchange value would be offered accordingly.

10. Diamond and Precious stones Product/s will require verification & valuation of diamonds / stones at workshop and the process may take about 7 working days.

11. Diamond Jewellery Product/s can only be exchanged against purchase of Diamond Jewellery Product/s.

12. Diamond polki set through Wax Setting will not be Exchanged.

13. All shipping and handling expenses shall be chargeable to the Customer.

14. Product for exchange has to be packed and kept ready for pick up as per the instructions provided by the Company.
