Eves24 Policy for BuyBack
1. The Company offers lifetime Buy Back policy for Product/s Purchased from the Company and/or through the Company from its Supplier.
2. The Buy Back value of a Product shall be 90% of the prevailing price of the metals and Diamonds and 50% of the prevailing price of other stones.
3. Only that Product/s would be accepted for Buy Back in respect of which the Original invoice copy, Jewellery certificate if any, is produced at the time of handing over of the Product to the Company for Buy Back.
4. A Customer should place a request for Buy Back by calling the Customer Support Desk of the Company.
5. Upon request being received from the Customer for Buy Back the tentative date, time and location for Pick up of the Product’s for the purpose of Buy Back shall be intimated to the Customer by the Customer Support Desk of the Company.
6. In case of Buy Back, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee cheque drawn in the name of the Customer within 15 days of receipt of Product/s along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance
7. All jewellery pieces will be checked for actual weight and carat before Buy Back.
8. Diamond polki set through Wax Setting will not be considered for Buy Back.
9. Diamond and Precious stones Product/s will require verification & valuation of diamonds / stones at workshop and the process may take about 3 to 4 working days.
10. In event the certificate is lost or not available then re-certification will be required, cost for which shall be borne by the Customer.
11. If any Product is damaged, altered or resized, it will not be considered for Buy Back or Buy Back value would be offered accordingly.
12. Original invoice copy, Jewellery certificate should be produced at the time of Buy Back.
13. All shipping and handling expenses shall be chargeable to the Customer.
14. Product for Buy Back has to be packed and kept ready for pick up as per the instructions provided by the Company.
